From a text to the heat press.

Upload whatever your customer sent: the low-res logo, the roster, the reference photo. An AI agent asks only what it needs and builds the file at true size for sublimation or heat transfer: jerseys size by size, names and numbers from a spreadsheet, mugs, lanyards and DTF gang sheets.

Not a mockup.

These are the five pieces of the jersey, cut to each size, with 15 mm of bleed and automatic mirroring for sublimation. One set of pieces per player, with their last name and number.

  1. Full team

Names and numbers from your spreadsheet, centered and squeezed without distortion.

    How to ask for it

“Sublimated jerseys for my soccer team. I'm attaching the crest and the roster (name, number and size). I want the name arched above the number on the back.”

    Try this case
  2. Sizes S to 2XL

Scales the pattern; logos and sponsors keep their size and their center.

    How to ask for it

“I need the sports jersey in sizes S, M, L, XL and 2XL for all-over sublimation. The background should scale with each size, but the chest logo must always measure 3.5 in and stay centered.”

    Try this case
  3. Bleed with no white edges

Extends the background 15 mm past the cut without touching the art inside.

    How to ask for it

“I have this design for sublimation that runs right to the edge. Add 15 mm of bleed all around by continuing the design, without changing anything inside.”

    Try this case
  4. Texted logo to HD

That 72 DPI logo gets traced or redrawn so it prints sharp.

    How to ask for it

“My customer texted me their logo and it's pixelated. Make it sharp to print on DTF at 10 inches wide, no background, without changing the design.”

    Try this case
  5. Seamless pattern

Generates an all-over print that repeats with no visible seams.

    How to ask for it

“I want a tropical pattern with monstera leaves and flowers to sublimate a whole shirt. It has to repeat without the joins showing, in dark green and pink.”

    Try this case
  6. Optimized gang sheet

Nests pieces on your 22.8 or 43.7 in roll (58 or 111 cm) and saves film or paper.

    How to ask for it

“Build a 22.8 in wide DTF gang sheet from the designs I'm attaching: 10 copies of the large logo and 20 of the small one, with 3 mm between them, using as much of the film as possible.”

    Try this case
  7. Tumbler and mug

Exact templates, even tapered ones: the design curves so it ends up straight.

    How to ask for it

“20 oz tapered tumbler to sublimate with these 3 family photos joined by a continuous watercolor background and the text “The Garcia Family”. Cut out the photo backgrounds.”

    Try this case
  8. Badge lanyards

Logo and name repeated along the strap; one half is rotated so it reads the same on both sides of the neck.

    How to ask for it

“Lanyards for my company's staff ID badges: the company logo and name repeated along the strap, in our brand color, printed on both sides. 20 mm (3/4 in) strap, 50 pieces.”

    Try this case

Each case opens the studio with that order already written. You just upload your art.

200 lanyards for the conference

I need 200 lanyards for the conference, with the logo and the year. Will they read right on both sides?9:41 AM

Yes. The strap is 35.4 × 0.8 in (900 × 20 mm) and I rotated the half that wraps the back of the neck by 180°, so the text reads the same on both sides. I left 20 mm free at each end for the clip.

Sure. The wrap is 8.3 × 3.5 in (210 × 90 mm): the message goes on the front and nothing important within 15 mm of the handle, where the edges meet.

Yes: 59.1 × 35.4 in (1,500 × 900 mm) at 100 DPI, enough to look sharp from a distance without a giant file. I left 30 mm on the pole side for the pole pocket.

§ 06FAQ

What decorating shops ask.

Does it work with the logo my customer texted me?

Yes. It traces the logo to vector or upscales it without changing the design. If the image isn't enough for the size they want, the agent tells you before you print and suggests how to fix it.

How does it handle sizes?

With parametric patterns from XS to 3XL for jerseys (crew or V-neck, set-in or raglan sleeves, unisex or women's) and shorts, with US and Latin American size charts. Logos and sponsors keep their size in every size.

Can it build a whole team from a spreadsheet?

Yes. Upload the list with name, number and size (Excel or CSV) and every player comes out in their size, with their last name on an arc and their number. Long last names are squeezed without distortion, and the export builds a batch with one file per player and size.

What files does it deliver for sublimation and heat transfer?

PNG at physical size, 300 DPI, with a color profile; PDF with crop marks; one SVG per color for heat transfer vinyl; the DTF gang sheet at your roll's width and, for teams, one file per player and size. Sublimation files are mirrored by default. All of it ready for your RIP or your cutting software.

Which apparel techniques does it cover?

Sublimation, DTF, DTG and heat transfer vinyl. Each one changes the file: background to the bleed edge or transparent, no semi-transparency where it would show up as halos, up to 4 solid colors and strokes of 1.5 mm or more for vinyl. Mirroring is automatic for sublimation and off for the other techniques.

Can I turn off mirroring for sublimation?

Yes. Automatic mirroring is only the default: change it when you export (auto, on or off), piece by piece in the inspector, or once for the whole shop in the studio settings if your RIP or driver already mirrors sublimation. That way the file never gets mirrored twice.

How much film does a gang sheet save?

It depends on the shapes. The agent arranges the designs across your roll's width and rotates them where they fit best: the example sheet, 22.8 in wide, goes from 36.9 in to 27.7 in long, 25% less film.

What about tapered tumblers?

You design on a rectangle and the studio curves it on export using the tumbler's dimensions, so the text ends up straight once it's applied. The 3D mockup shows you how it looks before you print.

What products can I make?

There are 32 apparel and sublimation templates: sports jerseys, polos, sweatshirts, shorts, print areas, caps, aprons, mugs, tumblers, bottles, lanyards, keychains, mousepads, pillows, puzzles, pennants, flags, DTF gang sheets and sublimation rolls. And custom-size pieces for everything else.

Your next orderis already in your texts.

Upload it exactly as it arrived. The file comes out ready for the heat press.
