1. Acceptance
By creating an account, logging in or paying, you accept these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use BenDot.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live. If you use the studio on behalf of a shop or a company, you accept these terms for it and confirm that you are authorized to do so.
2. What the service is
BenDot is an online studio with an artificial intelligence agent that prepares files for printing: sublimation, DTF, DTG, heat-transfer vinyl and print shop work (stickers with cut lines, labels, business cards and flyers).
AI can make mistakes. The studio shows a plan before spending on images and reviews the work, but before printing or delivering you must check every file: dimensions, spelling, colors, bleed, mirroring and cut lines. What you print is your decision and your responsibility.
We may improve or change features. If a change significantly reduces what you've already paid for, we'll let you know and you may cancel.
3. Your account
Use accurate information and protect your access. You are responsible for what is done with your account. If you suspect unauthorized use, write to us right away at support@bendot.app.
Don't create accounts to get around limits, payments or a suspension.
4. Credits
The credit is the unit you use to pay for the AI's work. Each agent task and each image spends credits according to the AI providers' actual usage, rounded up. Before generating images, the agent shows you a plan with the estimated credits for you to approve.
The studio's exact tools (patterns, bleed, mirroring, gang sheets and export) don't spend credits. Upscaling and cutting out with the studio's local AI have a fixed price (2 credits and 1 credit).
Credits are not money: they can't be transferred, sold or redeemed for cash. Credits that expire soonest are spent first.
5. The trial
The trial is a one-time payment of $4 that gives you 100 credits that never expire. It is limited to one per account and only for accounts that haven't paid anything yet.
While your account has only the trial, the studio works with these limits:
- up to 60 credits per agent task
- the studio's default AI models, with no option to choose others
- AI images up to standard quality
- 500 MB of storage
The trial doesn't renew and never turns into a subscription. If you later buy a plan, the limits go away and any trial credits you have left are kept.
6. Subscriptions and automatic renewal
Plans are subscriptions:
- Weekly: $10 every week, with 250 credits for the week.
- Monthly: $30 every month, with 1,000 credits for the month.
Subscriptions renew automatically. At the start of each period we charge the same price to the card you paid with, until you cancel. The price, the frequency and how to cancel are shown before you confirm the payment.
Plan credits are valid until the paid period ends. They don't carry over to the next period.
You can cancel at any time, online, from Account → "Cancel subscription," or by writing to support@bendot.app. Canceling immediately stops future charges; credits you've already paid for remain available until the end of their period.
If we change the price of a plan, we'll notify you by email at least 30 days before the renewal it applies to, and you can cancel beforehand at no cost.
7. Payments and refunds
Prices are in US dollars. Payments are processed by Recurrente on its secure page; we don't see or store your card details. Your bank may charge you fees for purchases in another currency or international purchases.
If we charge you by mistake or twice, we refund that charge in full. If you haven't used any of the credits from a payment, you can request a refund of it from support@bendot.app within 7 days after the charge; when we refund it, we remove those credits.
Outside those cases, payments for periods that have already started are non-refundable, except where the law of your place of residence requires otherwise. Canceling prevents future charges.
8. Your content
What you upload (logos, photos, lists, references) and the files you create remain yours. AI-generated content may not be protected by copyright in some countries.
To provide the service, you give us a limited license to store, process and display your content, and to send the AI providers what each task needs. We don't use your content to train models and we don't sell it.
You confirm that you have the rights or permissions to use everything you upload or ask us to reproduce, especially trademarks, crests, customer logos, photos of people and other people's designs. If you print for a customer, getting their authorization is your responsibility.
Keep copies of your exported files: the studio is not a backup service.
9. Acceptable use
Don't use the studio to:
- infringe copyrights, trademarks or other rights, or make counterfeits;
- create sexual content involving minors, content that promotes violence or hatred, or content that harasses anyone;
- engage in any activity that is illegal in your country or ours;
- get around payments, credits or limits, resell access or share an account outside your shop;
- attack or overload the service, extract data from it, or copy its software.
We may limit or suspend an account that breaches these terms. If the breach is serious, we close the account without a refund. Except in an emergency or where there is a legal risk, we'll notify you first and give you a chance to explain.
10. Copyright notices
If you believe content hosted on BenDot infringes your copyright, write to info@bendot.app with: your contact information, the protected work, where the infringing content is located, a good-faith statement that its use is not authorized, a statement that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or act on the owner's behalf, and your signature (physical or electronic).
We remove or block the reported content while we review it and notify the person who uploaded it, who may respond with a counter-notice. We close the accounts of repeat infringers.
11. Our software and our brand
The software, design, text and brand of BenDot belong to INDESA. We give you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the studio while your account is active. You may not copy, modify or sell it, or use it to train AI models.
12. Third-party services
The studio uses Supabase for accounts, Recurrente for payments, and OpenRouter and Google for the AI models. Each provides its part under its own terms; the Privacy Policy explains what data each one receives.
13. Warranties and liability
We do our best to make the studio work well and without interruptions, but we provide it "as is" and "as available," without guaranteeing that it will be error-free, that files will be fit for a particular use or that the service will always be available.
To the extent the law allows, INDESA is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or lost material, ink, garments or time, or for files printed without being reviewed. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed what you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to it.
Some laws don't allow these exclusions or limits; in that case they apply only to the extent the law permits.
If your content or your use of the studio gives rise to a claim by a third party against us (for example, for printing a trademark without permission), you are responsible for that claim and its reasonable costs.
14. End of service and closing your account
You can stop using the studio at any time and close your account yourself, online, from Account → "Close my account" (or ask for it at info@bendot.app from the email address on your account). If you have an active subscription, we cancel it first, so there will be no more charges. When we close the account we delete your projects, your files and your shop profile as explained in the Privacy Policy, and you will no longer be able to log in to that account. Unused credits are lost; if you are entitled to a refund (Section 7), request it before closing the account.
If we ever stop offering BenDot, we'll notify you at least 30 days ahead so you can download your files, and we'll refund the prorated portion of any paid periods you won't have been able to use.
15. Governing law and claims
These terms are governed by the laws of Guatemala. If you are a consumer, you also keep the rights that the laws of your place of residence give you and that cannot be waived, including the consumer protection laws of the United States and of your state.
Before any formal claim, write to us at info@bendot.app: we'll try to resolve it in good faith within 30 days. If we can't, the claim is brought before the competent courts of Guatemala, without prejudice to your right to go to the courts or consumer protection authorities of your place of residence where the law guarantees you that right.
California residents: you may contact the Complaint Assistance Unit of the Division of Consumer Services of the California Department of Consumer Affairs in writing at 1625 North Market Blvd., Suite N 112, Sacramento, CA 95834, or by telephone at (916) 445-1254 or (800) 952-5210.
16. Changes to these terms
If we change something important, we'll notify you by email or inside the studio at least 30 days before it applies. If you keep using the studio after that date, you accept the new version; if you don't agree, you can cancel and close your account.
